1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accessing the "Basic To Advance PLC Course" at www.plcmaster.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase the course.
2. License to Use
Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
No Sharing: Sharing your login credentials (username/password) with others is strictly prohibited. If our system detects multiple logins from different locations/devices simultaneously, your account may be permanently blocked without a refund.
No Downloading/Copying: You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the course material (videos, PDFs, images) without prior written permission from Vijendra Singh (PLC Master).
3. Payments and Refunds
Pricing: The course fee is a one-time payment of ₹999 (or as displayed on the checkout page).
Refund Policy: As this is a digital product with immediate access to content, we generally follow a "No Refund Policy" once the course has been accessed. Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical failure where the course could not be delivered.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the course (including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software code examples) is the intellectual property of PLC Master. Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., by sharing your account or pirating content).
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
